![]() ![]() Everything was OK with it, and I have a 700 watt model of the same line to check against.GOgroove BlueGate TRM Wireless A2DP Bluetooth Transmitter for Mp3 Players, Tablets, Laptops, Desktops, Home Theater (It's an older model from 2012) But it arrived brand new in brand new packing, and shape, etc. I ordered a PC Power and Cooling 400W Silencer MKIII Series power supply. Looking into this shipping/tracking issue, I saw some reviews here that said that they are a scam. ![]() But in my experience, this company was excellent and super duper fast. If anything fishy comes up I'll update this feedback. What ever it is, it should arrive tomorrow. I had a second order from NewEgg which I placed on the 13th, maybe they got the invoiced mixed up? I only was charged once, and for the correct amount. What's strange is that I now I have another something shown in route from the same invoice. I was super happy to see it at my house the next day and I installed that night. I needed this power supply for it's longer cables, and I accidentally ordered an SPX power supply when I needed an ATX. ![]() NEXT DAY! WHOA! That's awesome! Because I had the computer ready to rock on the 16th. Normally I wouldn't complain about great service, but this is strange! I ordered a power supply on the 16th, and it arrived on the 17th. The device works well for how it was intended, so I won't take off Eggs because I'm looking for some minor differences. The GOgroove has some issues that I've listed as a con, but that's mostly related to my project. I connected a PAC Audio 3.5 mm ground loop isolator between my tape deck’s new “line-input” and the GOgroove. I tried FM transmitters, tape-deck adapters, and now finally I hacked my tape deck and soldered in a 3.5 mm input. I imagine it would be sufficient for most typical headphones. Overall Review: I didn't test the power with and headphones. I would have preferred a more ubiquitous connector, Micro USB perhaps. It's easy to put back together.Īnother con is the charging port is specific to this device. It would probably survive a few drops, but might come apart. Volume buttons feel backwards to me with the lowering volume on the right. And it "beeps" too frequently when the battery is getting low. I would have preferred a true on/off switch, and a feature button for the other things. You hold it for 2 seconds to pick-up/return a call, 5 seconds to power on/off, and 8 seconds to enter pairing mode. It has full stereo sound, and sounds fairly well.Ĭons: The on/off switch is the "Go" button which looks like a logo on the front of this device. The track forward and back buttons work for music, but are the same size as the volume button. What I'm happy with is that it was easy to pair, and it stays connected during use. Pros: Very small, light weight (about the same as a pencil), good battery life at 8 hours, sounds ok, the electronics seems fairly well built for the price. GigaByte software utilities look cheesy and dated. But I'd suspect that this board would over-clock excellently. I'm more of a "keep it cool" guy instead of going for those 10 extra frames per second at the risk of heat or a shortened component life. Overall Review: I didn't try over-clocking it. I Can't think of a single reason why you wouldn't want to own this mother board. Firmware is stable and didn't need any flashing out of the box like other boards that I've used.Ĭons: The "6 Quad" is a little silly and kind of a stretch to use some buzz words. Solid state capacitors are the way of the future. Very fast, stable, tons of USB ports, dual gigabit network ports, quad eSATA, and a very competent audio chipset that can approach Sound Blaster X-Fi audio quality. It came complete with every feature that I could want, and some that ensured future compatibility for many years. Pros: Packaged like a rock star, this motherboard came in a very attractive box. ![]()
